Gary Monk, Your Dedicated Trainer.Physical training has always been a passion of mine, from a young age I started boxing . I then moved on to Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Shotokan Karate, Body Building, Circuit Training and Boot Camp. With all my experience I wanted to find another way to utilise my skills and what a better way than to use them to motivate others and help them reach their fitness goals. I have a range of expertise that I can use to benefit you, allowing you to reach your goals whatever they may be.
