Assessing Clients - Deciding What Is Best And How To Reach Your Goals Quicker
As you can see, I train a range of different clients whether you are male or female. I assess my clientele, based on their confidence, comfort abilities and experience whilst recognising that you require encouragement to motivate you to reach your goals and stay focused.
